i am really skinny and love to work out but i can not seem to get rid of my love handles. i also look really skinny from front and sides but my lower back is kinda thicker what exercise is good for muscle or to lose weight in my lower back and love handles(hips)?

lay on your back and lift both legs at the same time , up and down as many times as you can.
